Secure Reader for BlackBerry App Reviews

I thought this was a free version with limited features that you can try to see if you want the full version. Nope. The very first screen asks for an access code. I have no idea what the purpose of this version is.

I couldnt test it. I didnt receive the key by email.

Hi... How can i open the app? It keeps asking for an email and code, provided by my IT manager ir something like this... :(

I purchased the app and did not get the access Key, my communication with the seller was not responded. I Have paid for the app but not able to use it for past two months. After sales services does not exist for this app. it is very unfortunate because the software itself is amazingly good.

SO grateful for this app, I use it every day for school. I wish I could write on any type of file - ppt/image/etc to modify notes. If I could do that me even mark up a blank document this app would be my go-to for everything.

Downloaded this app. To open you need a key. A key? Not provided. So unable to open. Dont waste the time.

You need a key to open the app but no key delivered with it so cannot open and use the app. A key???? Really??? Why the hell would you need a key!!!!

Requires some activation key from the IT specialist after opening!

After writing a bad review, I was sent a clear email and the description in iTunes was made clear. Thank you. Off to purchase app.

I dont even know what to tell about the app which was not accessible without the key. The key was never supplied.

Just called the phone number listed, and technically there is no free version of this app. This version is for companies and government agencies that buy licenses and distribute them to their employees. Apparently they receive a lot of calls about this issue and yet no one has updated the description of this app to reflect this common misconception. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP unless your company has an activation key for this app.

It doesnt make it clear how to get the activation key. After you download it, you cannot set up, because youll try forever to register and get your key, but without success...

Horrible scam of a "free" app thats not free. Requires "access key" register with email blah blah. Not good at all!

I typically use the Free version to decide if I want to purchase the real deal. If its a good enough app, Im usually good for the money. This so-called free app is a joke. News to developer - its NOT free when you require an access code. Get real. If your app is that good, gelt us give a bit of a try. Youve just guaranteed me going to your competitor to find an app to take PDF notes.

Dont waste your time downloading this app. Apple should do a better job screening bad apps before they become available in the App Store.

Everything that GOOD for enterprise touches turns out bad. Good Reader is a great app. So let me clarify that my review has nothing to do with Good Reader as a stand alone app. Leave it to Good for enterprise to mess it up. The integration between the two apps is clunky, buggy and down right frustrating. I work for a large organization and we are piloting the app. All I can say is that once another vendor can figure out how to securly deliver mail on the tablets that amkes my company compliance people happy...Good for enterprise will be in a lot of hurt. They currently have a monopoly in the market. My recommendation is to try to convince your company to allow the orignial good reader app instead of this one. The frustration and lack of support from GOOD for enterprise is horrible at best.
